HOW DO I REPORT AN ISSUE?

HOW DO I CHANGE THE ROUTING OF CALLS?
Log into your server (xxx.amicusvoice.net) using the client administrator account assigned to you. Alternatively, send us an email with a description of what you are needing (night mode settings, ring groups, etc.) and we can do it for you (there is no fee for this).
HOW DO I CANCEL THE SERVICE?
Again, send us an email letting us know what the last day of service should be. If you have not yet ported your numbers out, we will maintain the numbers for you in our database for 30 days after your cancellation date.
