These Terms and Conditions govern your receipt of SMS messages from businesses that use Amicus Voice's messaging platform. Amicus Voice provides SMS services on behalf of third-party businesses ('Clients') but does not directly communicate with end-users.

 

By receiving SMS messages from a business using Amicus Voice, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Opting In

By providing your phone number to a business using Amicus Voice's platform, you:

• Consent to receive SMS messages from that business, which may include alerts, notifications, or promotional content.

• Understand that message frequency may vary based on the business's messaging policies.

• Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

 

Opt-in methods vary by business and may include:

• Entering your phone number on a sign-up form or website.

• Sending a specific keyword (e.g., 'START') to a designated phone number.

• Providing verbal or written consent to receive SMS messages.

 

If you believe you were enrolled in error, please refer to the Opting Out section below

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive.

• Contacting the business that sent you the messages and requesting removal.

 

After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

 

If you experience issues unsubscribing, please contact the business that sent you the message for further assistance.

Help and Support

If you need assistance with SMS messages received from a business using Amicus Voice, you can:

• Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive additional information.

• Contact the business directly for specific inquiries regarding their SMS campaigns.

Service Availability & Liability

• Amicus Voice is not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or technical issues caused by mobile carriers or external systems.

• We do not control the content of messages sent by businesses using our platform.

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of SMS messages sent through our platform.

Changes to These Terms

Amicus Voice may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes means you accept the new terms.
